# Jail Space

Landing on this space through a normal Roll will do nothing (you will be 'Just Visiting').

Landing on the [Rugged Space](/metaboards-wiki/ecosystem-deep-dive/game-boards-deep-dive/game-board-structure/rugged-space.md) will send you here with the relevant penalties.

Rolling doubles 3 times in a row will have the same effect as if you had landed on the Rugged Space, regardless of where you are on the Board.
